Quiet place with HIGHLY EFFICIENT staff at the reception desk. Magnificent, good location in Merignac, not far from the bus stop, local restaurants and supermarket. Situated only 1 km from Adim South-West.

Location: the hotel was near to airport and highway, France, and the footpath near the reception. Reasonably spacious units with 2 single beds, access to the garden, as for instance, and the staff were easygoing. Thoroughly enjoyed quiet and simple property, we would like to come again.

I recently stayed at All Suites Appart Hotel in Merignac for a few nights. The little kitchen in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. We also appreciated the safety of the hotel and the convenience of the free parking lot. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

We've stayed in this hotel a couple of times before, and generally our stay this time went as hassle free as always. We found the room to be very clean and a good size for two people. No noises from aircraft despite being close to the airport.

We could hear noises and some music coming from another room for most of the evening (we only stayed one night). We've not had this problem before when staying at this hotel, so probably just bad luck that we happened to stay there at the same time as someone noisey - not really the hotel's fault.

great value - apartments are very well appointed with complete laundry on site - which is often very important to travellers. staff were fantastic - bend over backwards to assist you and always friendly.

a small lack of kitchen utensils for a self contained unit. - e.g. dishwashing liquid, potscourers and decent sized coffee cups.

Everything is great here, had a nice stay on a long road trip. All the staff members are amazingly efficient and nice! The rooms are well heated and big size with 2 single beds. The location is good, 2 km from Merignac Townhall. The restaurant serves hot Italian food. Thanks a lot, you are dope!

A perfect and quiet hotel, my first choice in Merignac. Clean venue, easy going and pleasant team members at the reception desk. Updated & good sized room, a microwave oven, central heating and a TV in there. The bed is comfy and the location is perfect. Near to a motorway to get everywhere quickly.

The spacious and clean apartment at All Suites was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the free and fast wifi was a pleasant surprise. We were also pleased with the ample parking available. The location near the airport and major roads made it easily accessible for our travels. The welcoming and friendly reception made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spacious appartment with clean utilities for simple cooking. Low price.

House-keeping for every 3 days. The doors in the appartment were poorly designed. Reception closes after 10 pm. Away from the centre, need to have your own car.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the proximity to the airport. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with all the basic facilities present, including a kitchenette. I particularly liked the fact that some rooms had access to the garden, which was a lovely touch. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were quite satisfying.
